Not really autoloading. You can see that the it is basically manually loaded, but the "drop" is performed by machine.
This makes loading breech-like.
Never handled 120mm, but I imagine it is fairly heavy, probably difficult to drop. If someone is kind of clumsy they can blow their hand off. This is a notoriously common injury, you see it from fireworks accidents all the time.
This looks like a pretty low cost system, almost fully manual (you can see the guy sighting and the aim point set up)
