It's NOT an AMX-13. Look more closely at the picture.

Sk-105 Kurassier, from Austria. It's the only tank other than the AMX-13 that looks like that AFAIK, and the guy on the right had a AuG so that made it easier. It might be in Tunisian service, based on the red flag in the background.
