Low altitude plasma covered Zircons, 4000km kalibrs among other weapons besides using satellites to target mobile sea targets, depending how huge the HARMONY network(underwater nuclear reactor powered SONAR) is the same methods can be done like the image above to further strengthen the killchain. Zircons can also be fired from underwater along with the need of very long range Futlyar torpedoes.
Interesting, I wonder how subs will manage to communicate with surface ships without ULF radar

"Source: several PAK DA are assembled in Russia for flight and ground tests at once

Two or three objects are already being launched into production, said an interlocutor in the military-industrial complex.

MOSCOW, December 24. / TASS /. Several prototypes of the promising strategic stealth missile carrier PAK DA (a promising long-range aviation complex) are being manufactured in Russia in parallel for flight and ground tests. A source in the military-industrial complex told TASS about this on Thursday.

"Two or three objects are already being launched [into production] - for" statics ", for flight [tests]," the interlocutor said, answering a question about the progress of work on the PAK DA.

TASS has not yet received an official comment from the United Aircraft Corporation on this matter.

The source clarified that the difference in the timing of the availability of vehicles will be only a few months. "They are already making according to design documentation [design documentation]. Part of the tooling, part of the first parts are made in full," added the agency's source.

The source did not name the exact timing of the completion of the final assembly of the first PAK DA, but confirmed that it will be carried out at the Kazan Aviation Plant. S.P. Gorbunova.

At the same time, the interlocutor confirmed the information that the cabin of the newest strategist is being assembled at the Novosibirsk aircraft plant named after V.P. Chkalov. "They will make several cabins there," the interlocutor said, specifying that some of the products are intended for testing ejection seats at the ground stand.
PAK YES

In December 2019, Deputy Defense Minister of Russia Alexei Krivoruchko in an interview with the Krasnaya Zvezda newspaper said that the preliminary design of the PAK DA aircraft had been approved and Tupolev PJSC had begun to develop working design documentation. In May, TASS sources in the military-industrial complex reported that the production of the first prototype of the new "strategist" had begun.

A promising long-range aviation complex is designed according to the "flying wing" scheme. In the design of the machine will be widely used technologies and materials that reduce visibility (technology "stealth"). The aircraft will be capable of carrying existing and future strategic cruise missiles, precision bombs, hypersonic weapons, and will be equipped with the latest communications and electronic warfare. The machine will receive a subsonic flight speed."

"Engine tests for promising missile carrier PAK DA will begin in 2021

According to Rostec, a number of engine components have already been tested, the production facilities of the enterprise have been prepared.

SAMARA, December 23. / TASS /. The assembly of the first engine for the promising long-range aviation complex (PAK DA) has begun; in 2021, the engine, called the RF Product, will be transferred to bench tests. This was announced to reporters by the Deputy General Director - Managing Director of UEC-Kuznetsov (part of the United Engine Corporation of the Rostec State Corporation) Alexei Sobolev.

"This year, the first engine" in iron "has been manufactured, [it] is being assembled. By the end of the year, the engine will be assembled to start bench tests. During 2021, the first promising engine will undergo bench tests in order to work out the parameters set in the terms of reference The Ministry of Defense, "he said, specifying that in 2021 a number of samples of a new promising product will be assembled.

Sobolev also clarified that a number of engine components have already been tested, and the production facilities of the enterprise have been prepared. “The product was already designed in digital form, which made it possible to promptly manufacture the first sample, which is currently being assembled”, he noted. That article is speculative like heck. The quote on the speech by Putin mentions nothing about the Navy let alone asking China for help.

He mentions cooperation and in the past, when asked on this topic of cooperation, he mentioned about Russia providing China with assistance in improving their early warning radar network. Another issue where China could use help is with marine nuclear reactors. But I think the Chinese industry has enough experience to work on that by itself to be honest.

The Russians already asked for both Chinese and South Korean help with the shipyards at Zvezda in the East where the largest drydock in modern Russia is located. They also bought marine diesels from China for some of the Buyan class corvettes. But what is this talk about the Kuznetsov? Russia already replaced all the boilers. The ship has topside damage and it likely will need to be in a dry dock. Which is planned to be built near Murmansk. The Kuznetsov is docked close there. If they had to move the ship all over to China, they could as easily move it to the dock at Zvezda, in fact such a long voyage would be dangerous that's why the Russians aren't that keen on doing it. The article makes no sense at all. With regards to marine turbines the Russians today have the M90FR engine which has similar performance to the gas turbine the Chinese use in their destroyers and cruisers. Plus the M70FRU.

If anything with the latest purchases of Steregushchiy-class corvettes and Admiral Gorshkov-class frigates the naval program seems (finally) to be getting on track now, albeit at a sedate pace, now that they have ship designs which are fully tested and have gone on operations. What they need to do is order more Admiral Gorshkov-class frigates at their shipyard in the Baltic at Yantar to increase their production rate and increase the production rate of naval engines and other components to cope. From China I think they will continue to purchase naval equipment to equip their naval yards and might import construction techniques.

Content of this article aside, Russia *should* collaborate with China. It is such low hanging fruit, such an obvious place for collaboration I cannot help but think the only reason why it is not happening is Russia's pride. Russia was willing to buy ships from France but God forbid if the old junior partner, China, would sell them a military hardware..!

"The first launches of missiles from the Hunter UAV are planned for the second half of 2021. We are talking about firing intra-body air-to-air missiles, which were previously used on the Su-57. There are launches on real air targets," the source said.

According to him, tests of "Hunter" with air-to-surface weapons are also planned.
Thus, "Hunter" will become a full-fledged multifunctional machine, which can be used in the variant of the long-range unmanned interceptor fighter.

"Earlier, a source in the defense-industrial complex told RIA Novosti about the series of flights "Hunter" with functional simulators of guided missiles. The manoeuvres were carried out to assess the pairing of on-board equipment of the vehicle with the heads of homing ammunition. The simulators were stripped of the engine and combat part.
The Ministry of Defense officially reported on the first flights of the Hunter drone, during which only its flight qualities and the operation of the main systems were checked.

"Hunter" will be the first heavy drone with strike functions in the Russian army. The device is designed in a "flying wing" scheme using materials that reduce radar visibility.
According to open sources, the UAV has a length of 14 meters, a wingspan of 19 meters, a takeoff weight of 20 tons. The hunter's maximum speed reaches 1,000 kilometers per hour. The first flight took place on August 3 and lasted more than 20 minutes."

To me everything sounds way too good to be true, I know that the X-47B, phantom ray drone, bae taranis and neuron existed before this drone but I feel like this is the fastest fly wing design Sukhoi has ever immediately planned on putting into service and having a huge ass drone work properly by that date is insane. I will be shocked if production dates do not get pushed back.

Maybe it benefitted from PAKDA research into flying wings? 2024 does seem very optimistic.

Honestly, I doubt it would contribute much? I think its fair to call Skat a failed program. Mig might have some basic engineering/simulation data and some advice on things to avoid, but not much other than that...
