For now it's t-90 upgrade, but many sources expect that this is increasingly likely to become mainstay of future tank force, gradually replacing freshly upgraded t-72 fleet in the future.
Armata is cool and all that, but it is apparently both too expensive and too heavy to go beyond "heavy" formations, which aren't too numerous in any case.

Global Defence corp seems to be neither Indian or Asian origin. It is Australian (likely).
It has itself hosted by New Dream network, LA,California , USA.

Going through the "about" page, they are positioned against Russia and China (

) .
The image with the caption "Lest we forget" is an ANZAC thing. That means that they are definitely Australian/ NZ.

lossy-page1-1280px-Scene_just_before_the_evacuation_at_Anzac._Australian_troops_charging_near_...jpg This is the original image which is cropped and placed in their "wHo wE aRE " page. It's from the battle of Gallipoli that they LOST against the Ottomans.

Bunch of clowns i'd say. Aussie clowns to be exact.
Why because they try so hard to not reveal their true nationalities to give an aura of "impartiality and inter-nationality" to their website yet break it with their silly ANSAC hard-ons.

Doubtful. Whenever these sites and organisations refrain from providing their location and base of operations or refrain from giving authors names, they are 9 times out of 10 provably Indian in origin. I suspect this one is yet another just dressed in more layers of foreign clothing. Whatever though, we should attack its content. There are just way too many pieces that are very off the truth take for instance the latest literature on the Russian related content.

Indeed, hence my reply to Austin Powers that his statement makes no sense.

Then there are the Borei class SSBN's, the largest sub-surface warships built anywhere since the Cold War. 4 in service, another 6 in construction.

There is more than one Gorshkov vessel.
3 have been launched. One is operational, one has just completed its sea trials and is being handed over this month, and another has just left the slipway.
The issue of marine gas turbines seems to have been solved now, with reports stating that this 3rd one has local engines.
The fact is, the historical situation that led to Ukraine being the source of Soviet, then Russian large marine gas turbines, and subsequent embargo, has now been sorted. Thus, an additional 4 Gorshkovs have been laid down within the last 14 months or so.
Then, there are also the 2 Ivan Gren vessels (6000t), and the 4000t Grigorovich (and Talwar) class frigates, 9 of which have been built, with more coming. All of these are post cold war.

It isn't a current Chinese rate of building, but considering the hurdles they faced the establishing key competencies away from Ukraine after the split, as well as the split of the USSR, they kept things going.
Expect things to pick up now the local gas turbine manufacturing has come to fruition.

Ticonderogas are guided missile cruisers, mainly used for air-defense now. Udaloys are anti-submarine destroyers (roughly equivalent to improved Spruance class destroyers in function). What are you talking about?
