I now listened twice to General of the Army Shoigu, he indeed said what I'd read elsewhere which is about 128 thousand personnel, 20 thousand military equipment, six hundred aircraft, up to 15 warships takes part in Center-2019 drills (by the way China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan and India participate, too)

the official is стратегическое командно-штабное учение which would be strategic command post exercise in NATO terminology if there's such thing as strategic command post exercise in NATO terminology LOL

Admiral Nakhimov nuclear cruiser to return to Russian Navy in late 2022
According to Krivoruchko, the defense ministry allocated 29.5 billion rubles for the project this year alone.

"As was agreed with the Sevmash shipyard, we expect to receive the ship in late 2022," he said. "We have no doubts that this timeframe will be observed."

U.S. Security Partners Considering the S-400
Turkey was looking to S400 for a while. They wanted to build there own system but the US wouldn’t green light F35 for a S400 user.

India isn’t getting F35 and the US sells to both India and Pakistan so it’s a loose relationship. Not enemies not super close allies. India has a long standing relationship with Russia and a lot of there hardware.

Qatar has US bases. They buy from everyone and are not on the F35 list. Although F35 operate from bases in Qatar. They buy more from Europe than the US. If a buy happens I expect more restricted operations on Qatari bases. As yet the US has not deployed F35 to Incirlik so it remains to be seen what happens there. If Qatar takes delivery of S400 I expect that operations in the area will be more restrictive. With potentially more F15 and F16 operations rather than new fighters.

Saudi Arabia has Patriot missiles was eyeing MEADS. An S400 buy would likely rule out future F35 sales. And place restrictions on operations form bases there. Basically sales and operations of F35 in the Middle East are a puzzler in general.
Because on top of S400 you have US law that states a favoritism to Israel and just about all the other states in the area don’t like them. Sale of F35 to an Arab state could mean F35 vs F35I in a potential future conflict.
