If that mount is demonstrative of how it would be mounted on a vessel 'for real' it would (I guess) obivate the use of an under deck magazine/auto reload mechanism such as that on Kashtan, So potential/actual performance gains aside, that could be a bit of a retrograde step IMHO. Maybe I'm wrong. I hope so.
