Russia has more SHORAD systems than the US has cancelled overbudget projects, and the US Army is still fielding Stingray derivatives to this day...but somehow, there was a gap in favor of the US, what?.

This is the same logic gringos must use to tell themselves that having crumbling infrastructure from the 50's is actually good while China's HSR's is bad because freedumbs while they lick Elon Musk's soles for inventing a more inefficient version of the subway...

You miss the point.

The most important aspect of an engineering / miltiary/scientific analysis for decision makers sitting in the capitol with law and literature degree is the correct grammar / wording and nice structure of the essay .

C'mon , the average congresman dosen't know the difference between the standard deviation and the standard delivery on the Amazon.

They need easy to undsertand, nicely written articles in the language they speak to approve the defense budget that everyone in the MIC needs.

Well, it seems that Mr.Osborn was qualified by the U.S. Army to be a "HIGHLY QUALIFIED EXPERT" so that would at least provide him some credibility and "expertise" on many defence related topics.

Russia is mobilizing special forces of the 76th airborne division and a company of the 45th special airborne brigade into its CSTO peacekeeping force and had already dispatched elements of the aerospace force into airbases in Kazakhstan.

Has there been any indication that Russia will move military units from the Ukrainian front, to near Kazakhstan?
