Thanks guys...I posted that because today is the anniversary of myself joining the USN and to introduce myself for any new members...it sure does bring up a lot of memories. I remember having to wait at O'Hare airport for about 4-5 hours for the bus to Great Lakes....Oh so long ago.

You yarn what you yarn.

Oh no. Let me know if you need any help. Message me in private.

Much much appreciated!! We got our power back about an hour ago. Fortunately, we haven't gotten any damage at all. Hopefully, this is it. However, all the experts are saying that the worst has yet to come...

Ok that's great to hear that you have power back. I don't think that storm will be making a U-turn back to the gulf coast anytime soon. I hope it just drift on westward and becomes weaker as it move through inland.

I suggest you and your family spend a night at a hotel with a working a/c and enjoy yourself. Take care bro.

That's ok. We are well prepared. So it's fine. It's just annoying. The power outage is not wide spread. So it must be someone in my neighborhood. They must have gotten some power eating appliances...
