Is there a real underslung grenade launcher for the new rifle?

Pardon my ignorance, but is underslung grenade launcher even widely deployed by the PLA?
Seems like dedicated AGL is preferred for a platoon (rather than squad)?

Was watching a video about the QBU 191 that was released a month ago. This one.

On the video time 8:45, the lady showed the ammunition that was used for the rifle and it seemed to be all brass unlike the standard DBP 191 which had the green copper coat. Is this a new variant or is it more likely the already-in-use "sniper" bullet?

In use DMR round. Other sniper rounds (e.g. 12.7mm) also use full brass cases
