Power Armor?

The PLA ought to issue standard body armor before creating fancy exoskeletons.

This Exosuit does seem to be a descendant of the earlier shown one. although It still seems like it's not integrating body armor elements and targeting just pack loads.

I agreed 100%. In my opinion, I believe by having a suit that enable a user to be able to carry more loads is not as important as having a suit that had advance datalink and information sharing capability. With the latter, a typical PLA soldier will be linked to the entire combat element in the area so he/she could call in support instantly, for example when you attack a 'linked' soldier, you are essentially attacking the entire combat element in the area, because that particular soldier would have assess to the entire element through the combat suit he/she is wearing and able to call down accurate artillery strikes, missiles strikes, or provide accurate information for nearby troops to move in and eliminate targets.

Now when that happen, that soldier doesn't really need to carry massive amount of load on him.

This is a technology demonstrator. Based on what we see I doubt it could be functionally worn with body armor just yet. The pack frame limits armor to the front of the chest the straps on the side look to me like they would interfere with knee pads.

what happens if you capture a soldier who has one of these suits? do you then suddenly have access to the entire enemy combat information system?

No.
The communications system is separate this is not mega sensor fusion. If you capture a soldier in this it would depend on whom he or she is in there command. If they are a grunt . General infantry more powered infantry wouldn't need individual overall access.
What you might get is local access IE inside the squad and squad organic elements like drones or support vehicles but that's it. And the second command figures it out they would likely take measures to lock you out. If you capture a commander well then you have the golden egg.

If there is not a dead man switch that encrypts all relay without a bio-feed back key of the designated wearer. I would definitely make that kind of safety precaution for those kind of data transfer systems on the battle field.

Plus you would expect the user to need to enter an access code much like how a smartphone needs to be unlocked if locked. So all a solider has to do is log out before surrendering and the enemy will be locked out.

And has a a piece of paper in his pocket that says "this terminal can only be opened at designated time during the day and by my manager (Oh, I mean "my commander"). So please don't torture me."

Military radios feature a number of encryption systems and protective countermeasures. It's likely that before capture the Radio would be locked not with a simple pass key. furthermore the encryptions change regularly. so even if a soldier was captured today with an unlocked radio and tablet. it's likely that it would loose access very shortly due to a change in operational encryptions.

There is so enough biometric authorization devices out there, that coupled with a health check and a PIN that's all that is needed for access.
