I went back to China in the summer of 2004. Although I was impressed by the awesome skyscrappers, parks, highways, wide boulevards, and modern buildings, I do have to admit that I did see things that I did not want to see. I saw poor people, I saw beggars, I saw poor rural peasants. I also experienced firsthand the pollution, and how dirty everything is back in China. But in the end, despite all the negative things, I still loved what I saw. After all, it is my country. I believe with hard work and faith, China will only get better and better.BrotherofSnake said:They are both from mainland.
