You joke but the power of well crafted and studied psychological manipulation can be greatly enhanced via machine learning algorithms especially if they are task trained and focused for a single task . I see no reason china should not consider marketing branding etc to be the domain of psychological warfare and ensure that it stays within their philosophical aims. As you can see the end result of unregulated markinting and social manipulation in the usa. It is truly something worse than selling opium when used wrongly . It can divide populations sell insane ideas ( horse pills and essential oils stop covid, the earth is flat , the government is aliens etc) . Memetic warfare and social contagions can work . You can see it in action real time in us culture. Turn on any news station for 30 minuets to see what can be done .

China could just give Russia lots of cheap (but good) drones, return all the Soviet/Russian planes and relevant munitions (Su-27s, Su-30MKKs, Mi-17V5, Russian-made TV-guided bombs, etc.) to Moscow to make the VVS fly again, or even mass produce the precision guided munitions compatible with Russian platforms and GLONASS.

If China supplies weapons to Russia, this becomes a conflict with the entire west. Right now, it's just the US trying to cause trouble and Europe won't support them. Giving Russia more economic aid by disabling American sanctions would be a more proportional response. For example, if China can build the gas pipeline from Russia's main gas fields that are supplying Europe now to China or if they can build an LNG terminal and import Russian LNG, then Russia can completely cut off supplies to the EU.
