No, this can't be. NSG1/CS-LR4 looks very different.
Clearly upgraded however the construction of the chassis system around the receiver is the closest. Likely we are looking at an update. The CS-LR4 strongly resembles a

This image strongly resembles a more modern iteration. AI are built around a aluminum chassis system With then bolted on polymer skins. It was one of the first production rifles to do so. As such it would be easy to take that bolt, receiver and barrel and drop them in a newer folding stock version with additional mounting system.

I really don't see much of visual similarity between this and the NSG-1 anywhere. In any event, I think it's dubious to claim lineage based on visual similarities of only a part of the chassis. A google image search turned up no name or designation, but the few sources I did find claim this is a new sniper rifle. There is little information to indicate whether this is a clean-sheet design or a derivative, but I think it's safe to say that it's not an NSG-1/CS-LR4.

I disagree. The structure of the chassis is indicative of manufacturing. In this case the similarity I am pointing to are the body panels.
It is clearly not the XY series nor the JS as they clearly are vastly different in ergonomics. I admit it’s a theory not yet proven however we haven’t seen this rifle in any other displays yet so dismissing it out of hand is just as much a leap.
because the NSG1 is a modern sniper rifle it’s built around the chassis system that means it can be modified very easily. A huge selling point of this type of rifle is that the whole thing is easily rebuilt from modules.

Let's just agree to disagree.

Never seen that kind of rail before. It looks way bigger and bulkier than some of the previously shown rails. I can be wrong but it doesn't look like it can fit with a flat top.
