Just that the reddot and bigger front physically block damage on flat surfaces. Using QMK as a bat will hit the turret while ACOG will hit the red dot.Why is QMK easier to damage?

I don't understand your sentence. What do you mean?Just that the reddot and bigger front physically block damage on flat surfaces. Using QMK as a bat will hit the turret while ACOG will hit the red dot.
The new GPMG (QJY-201)using 7.62*51 NATO-like rounds (in the video) are rarely appeared in any official PLA video(almost zero)I heard rumors of the .338 machine gun. Is that still a thing?
That's 7.62 NATO, not .50, and I believe it is considered a GPM.If you have a machine gun that can be hauled around relatively easily I don't see why you can't consider it general purpose. Except maybe the .50 rounds weighs too much for foot infantry to carry?
I wonder if PLA started doing chain linked ammo out of the box , cause used to be that the machine gunners need to link the ammo themselves on the field.
