I forgot what it was called but don't the Russians have something very similar to this?Again, the new automatic grenade launcher. Looks very compact, with a generously-sized ammo box. I hope to hear more about this model soon.
AGS-30?
Lightweight automatic grenade launchers are cool for sure, especially in urban warfare. Although the power and kill radius of these grenades are not as overpowered as they are depicted in video games, they are still very effective against infantries and light armored vehicles at short ranges.
AGS-30 weights 16kg unloaded, so a single person can run around with it easily. The new Chinese launcher seems pretty lightweight as well. Can't wait to see a video of it in action.
