This is a new base for China East Sea Fleet across the Yangtze River from Jiangnan and Hudong Shipyards of Changxing Island. By the way, the base may host the new carrier Fujian.Amphibious assets at Zhanjiang naval base.

Now that the drydock is completed, clearer observations can be made.
The drydock is about 340 meters long and about 50 meters wide.
Beyond civilian ships, the drydock should be able to fit four 054A/B-sized, four 052D-sized (albeit a tight fit), two 055-sized or one 071/075-sized warships. Anything of 076-sized or bigger would not fit.

The barges are seen again.
Chinese Navy's twitter account is now officially acknowledging this twin carrier deployment. No mention of a joint exercise yet between the two task groups.
