Hi all,
Have some time didnt post over in this forum as I have shifted partial into Russian Military and WW2 Russian movies. Here is a CCTV documentary (in mandarin) about the start of PLAN DDG 052:
The research and development team had to overcome several tight obstacles in order to advance from mechanical to modern command, fire-control system (FCS). The R&D team had to gather data from excursion and learnt from foreign navies in order to build the 052 and modernise its navy.
The team also need to overcome electric magnetic interference, to integrate FCS into modern PLAN in order to modernise the PLAN at the later stage, paving its path from a littoral navy to blue water navy! As China was still backwards in R&D and scientific research, many of the experiments had to be done in manual and idigenius methods in its early days.
The development of first batch of early 054 was also covered in this program and the R&D of its stealth frigate.

SCS is a big body of water. Don't worry! They will never be close.
It's seems the purpose for one of the Type-052D destroyer is to shadow the Burke destroyer while it shadows the carrier group.
Also this pic is missing another 054A FFGs along with the other 052D and 055.
You can't imagine how many people get triggered by seeing the Chinese hardware. Just search the J-20 on Instagram, click a random photo and you will see hordes of Americans and Indians writing b*llshit.so many autistic comments on that second thread
