Egypt can afford stuff on their own. It's economy is in much better shape than Pakistan's.
Economy in terms of gdp? no, but the Egyptian govt has a lot more cash on hand due to revenue from the Suez canal. It's similar to oil revenue for gulf states.
Gotta love those Jai Hind types. The AFM article is accurate when Pakistan acknowledges losses and deficiencies but is propaganda when it talks about shooting down Rafale or destroying S-400. Talk about cherry picking.
