That Indian submarine must be in shallow water in order for the Pakistan navy to not only track it but a took a infrared picture underwater as well.

“During the prevailing security milieu, a strict monitoring watch has been kept by Pakistan Navy to safeguard maritime frontiers of Pakistan,” said the Pakistani statement.

It said the submarine had been “prematurely detected and tracked by [Pakistan Navy] long-range maritime patrol aircraft”.

There was no immediate response from the Indian government to the accusation.

I think its most likely that Pakistan somehow knew it was coming and forced it to "surface". I cant see any reason why in such a sensitive location the Indian submarine would surface by its own will

New BW20 Roller-Delayed Battle Rifle from Pakistan Ordnance Factories

The weird but interesting thing, is that it's using the roller-delayed-blowback system instead of gas... I'm curious how that would work on a carbine. The G3 and Mp5 are very reliable examples of this system, but I wanna see a lot of testing done with suppressors and crappy ammunition, because roller-delayed is more sensitive to pressure requirements since you can't variate it by adjusting gas valves. In any case, this looks like the prototype, but they need to add more picatinny rails in the production version.

p.s. I just noticed the tea cup in that picture. Frekkin Pakistanis can't even design rifles without tea.

And if true, this is finally the long awaited confirmation: The PAF is getting J-10C multirole fighters.

This was confirmed by Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed in a press conference, where he noted a full squadron will have been inducted by March 2022 and that they will take part in 23rd March Parade.

See after 6:10:

It's been happening behind the scenes for a while now. Good to see official confirmation finally. J-10Cs in PAF camo buzzing the skies at the March 23rd parade would definitely steal the show.

It should be clear by now that the PAF is not interested in any kind of flanker or twin-engine fighter.
The PAF is getting J-10C

My question would be if PAF is going to procure a significant number (50+) of J-10s (as it has done with its other fighters), and if yes, to what extend they will get some kind of ToT

It also depends on how Pakistan financed the procurement. If it used soft loans from China then I doubt there is going to be any significant ToT. On the other hand, if Pakistan is paying with hard cash and getting 50+ J-10C there could be significant ToT

There are a lot of things that can be technically true. If it is also plausible to happen, thats another story..

In fact I'm quite sure, PAF would be highly interested in a Flanker type, at best the J-16/16D combo, however at least by all I know, China won't sell.

As such it needs other options and again by my understanding, the J-10C is the best - if not the only viable option.

And based on past experience and also rumours, I expect a first order of about 36 aircraft for 2 Squadrons but overall I expect the purchase of more than 80-85 if not more.
