Parade they had this year is okay and I guess because of rain they had to change things up hence was probably much shorter parade.

So certainly they went to not parade some systems to reduce length of parade along no aircraft in air due to weather.

Would be different if it was raining at all these days or at least to not have rained the day parade was being done.

North Korea unveiled its new Hwasong-20 intercontinental ballistic missile at a parade in Pyongyang to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party. The Hwasong-20 missile can carry multiple nuclear warheads and is capable of striking targets up to 15,000 kilometers away. It is equipped with an improved inertial guidance system and GPS for increased accuracy. Its estimated circular error probable (CEP) is 3-5 kilometers. According to the country's authorities, the three-stage nuclear-armed Hwasong-20 missile is currently "the DPRK's most powerful strategic nuclear weapon."
