That's pretty much "Multi SRBM" launchers. Such dimensions allows carriage of guidance, large propulsion system and relatively large warhead.

One curious thing is that this system might be specifically for long range application with long minimum range (which can be covered by Grads or uragan system) The rocket might be of a much simplified design without thrust vector control, with steering provided by canard foreplanes, kinda similar as Tornado-S.

Around twenty seven Hwasong-12 boosters visible in what appears to be a newer production facility; I’m always quite surprised to see the level of sophistication and dedication the DPRK puts into its missile production.

In the DPRK, the military received 30 sets of giant MLRS with a caliber of 600mm, which can also be used to launch tactical nuclear missiles. There are no technical details of the settings. It is known that MLRS data missiles have a high ability to bend around the terrain, as well as maneuverability and high speed. On January 1, 2023, the North Korean military performed a training launch from a single installation. The projectile covered 350 kilometers with a maximum flight altitude of 100 kilometers and hit a given area of the Sea of Japan east of the Korean Peninsula. In the DPRK, there are two more variants of the 600mm MLRS on an 8 = 8 wheeled chassis.

Tipped with a nuclear warhead and a range of 350km, they can lobe it on Seoul from Pyongyang. In a war i could bet on North Korea to go full yolo, it's quite a deterent even one of these multiple launcher.
