Yes, the ship was moved to Rajin Ship Repair Factory near the Russia border. Maybe the N. Korean is seeking help from Russian engineers to get the damaged ship repaired.
1) for johncliu88, the DDG was designed and built by North Korean engineers, technicians and workers, there is no reason to ask for help from the Russians who have no knowledge of this ship.
2) for sutton999, the AWACS aircraft is used by the DPRK, furthermore it is evident that the radar radon is not of the same rotating type as those in use in Russia.

I think and hope that the intentions for what was written in your posts was to try to bring a constructive contribution to the discussion.
However, there is the risk that for what was stated someone could instead think of the method that is often labeled with the nickname of the creature of Scandinavian mythology.

It's not much of a report, but this alleges Russia will provide DPRK with tech to assist it in creating their own Gerans. Would be a great move, the lack of a Geran type DPRK drone is somewhat surprising to date, even if DPRK already has various drones (FPVs, Lancet like ones etc.).
Geran's are Shahed's and North Korea has joint research and development or at least cooperation with Iran when comes to military technology yet inevitable people will not bother to do due diligent work to inform themselves on the topic or simply take literal word for it from people that are uninformed about subject they try to tackle or just use opportunity to spread blatant misinformation/disinformation.
