from a couple of months ago on Inspur's achievement
They've managed to have high turnaround time despite personalized orders accounting for 80% of the order. The product development time has been compressed from 18 months to 9 months. Even as short as 3 months. 97% of orders can be responded to in 24 hours. Order delivery time is 5 to 7 days. cost came down 3% even with inflation in 2021.

Sir He is making a ready excuse so that nobody will blame him with his stupid recommendation, He and other so called intellectuals and academe has such condescending attitude that they are the expert in their fields so they never be wrong.
