I will say it once and I will say it again. One of China's recent successes is the building of deeper economic ties with countries like Indonesia, completely under America's radar. It is in China's interest to elevate Indonesia into a second great manufacturing powerhouse, which would also be a consumer for affordable high tech Chinese products. A strong, independent, and technologically advanced Indonesia could help balance China's complementary interests in both Indian Ocean and Australasian spheres.

If possible, China should attempt to elevate its friendship and strategic partnership to levels approaching Pakistan, including sharing multiple streams of china's technological stack. China needs to look past ethnic tensions against Chinese in Indonesia, the threat to Chinese civilization today does not come from Asia or Europe, but from China's greatest adversary the United States.

Elevating the livelihood of the indigenous people will also work for the local Chinese.

Ladies and gentlemen, as many of you remember, I made a commitment last year to purchase at least $1,000 worth of Chinese technology products each month in perpetuity, to support the chinese economy and help do my bit for ensure china's technological independence.

I now have something to take up my budget for the next 5 months... 2 qubits isn't much but its a worthwhile conversation piece to say I am also as hobbyist in quantum computing.
