There's a startup working on this in China with the backing of government research labs.

亚洲新材/Asia New Materials says It has achieved thermal conductivity of 442 W/(m·K) with its pure copper printed parts produced from igh-purity oxygen-free copper powder combined with SLM tech.

This is great for AI heat sink and similar use cases.
