Nonetheless as Deino said, the two planes are still different. You have not proved that one plane is a copy of the other, and you have not proved that the picture on the magazine back cover is PS either. I still think you just want to see what you want to see.

You made us waste a lot of time and space chasing after nonexistant or nonrelevant demons.

That was a baseless accusation.

Not a copy of each other? Just look at the angle of shot for the 2 images. They have the same angle of shot and how can this be possible if the picture is shot from a single location?! This would defy all common logic! That is just one of 7 points that I can think of, to prove that the pictures are PSed!

And I definitely believe all of my earlier arguments are correct!

Re: *New J-10 Thread*

Great job, Deino! I just hope people can see more fakeness in the pictures.

Thanks, but regarding that picture I agree with crobato as this one is from a series of pictures published by Aviation.now showing a formation of 4 J-10A in very close formation and sometimes only two of them.

So IMO this is one of them showing only two J-10 !

Yes guys another new J-10 thread!! Why?? Because with 60+ pages the other new J-10 thread is too large to navigate & research for some.

So post all your J-10 news, comments, pictures, PSed pics, information & discussion here!

I will be moving about the last 10 post to this thread shortly to give the thread some continunity

Why are we arguing about the authenticity of the PL-8 when we all know the J-10 can carry it?

Personally, I'm more interested about PL-8 look-alike in this picture posted by Deino. Is that a dummy round? If so, why does it look like it's got an IR seeker?

It's not a dummy round (those are usually painted red) nor is it quite a real live ammo round. It is a training round with a seeker, so the pilot can experience a true, non-simulated lock on, before he presses the fire button. Anyway, that's my theory, at least.

I agree with Crobato that the two planes flying in formation are not simply copy/pastes of each other. And you don't have to be a rocket scientist or a professional photographer to figure this one out either.

Since the picture in question was only one of a series of pictures showing J10s flying in tandem, the skeptic only has to discredit the rest of pictures showing J10s flying in tandem to prove his point.

I hope I'm not asking too much.

That's true. The PL-8s can be put into the middle pylons, exactly where that PL-12 is on the bottom picture.

I wanted intelligent discussion not egoistic argument, moronic wrangling for its own sake. And I am not going to waste anymore of my time on this.

Good because you already wasted everyone's time, bandwidth and valuable display space on this. There is nothing intelligent about your purpose and discussion.
