I once again beg your pardon in case you missed it: I - and I'm sure several others too - don't speak or read Chinese. As such even if a rough translation gives an idea of what is written in that report, I missed the part on this unknown type:!

  1. Type 075 is designed to support unmanned helicopter operation, just like Type 055.
  2. The helicopter is developed by CHRDI.
  3. The helicopter entered the stage of detailed design roughly two years ago.

Type 075 is big enough to launch S/VTOL drones for strike missions. Hence it's classified as an aircraft carriers, not a pure landing ship.

And do we know its designation?

Because it's just a generic ground crew training model, I don't think it's a specific type, it's just about the size of a drone.

Maybe something like this:

;) Two simple minded with the same thought and I hope you don't mind the rough translation from German!?

My feeling tells me its a new clean sheet design but given its shape it seems to be similar to an enlarged CHRDI (Chinese Helicopter Research and Development Institute) AV500C.

It looks like a stealthy helicopter controlled remotely by AI and Beidou's 5G networks.
