When you decide to leave, you have nothing to say about the person who stay, who he will choose or what he will do. The same, after the US leave Afghanistan, who will move in or who will the Afghan choose to work with will has nothing to do with the US. I will have only one word to say "Shut up!"
Isn't losing to Taliban much more humiliating to the US than losing to China? At the end of the day, China is a near-peer competitor to the US. It has resources and capability that can match or come to close challenging the US on almost all fronts. Look at this video, how US needs to wait to take directions from the Taliban. It is so sad.
america’s dominance ensured not having a competent strategist at helm would not lead to immediate end of american preeminence.
