When the decent thing to do would be organise evacuation of Afghans who worked for NATO as a priority, Americans were busy destroying documents.
Something to hide?

Last days of the US Embassy in Kabul: Nerve center of the war on terror is being gutted of all sensitive material as staff and CIA assets prepare to lower the flag and flee amid Taliban takeover

  • The US Embassy in Kabul has been the intelligence hub for the US's war on terror for the last 20 years but the Taliban is forcing an evacuation in 72 hours
  • Some staffers have already reached the Kabul international airport
  • Taliban has seized territories surrounding Afghanistan's capital city of Kabul and are within seven miles of the Embassy
  • The Biden Administration increased the number of troops from 3,000 to 5,000 to to protect staffers and CIA agents as they evacuate
  • The 5,000 troops include the troops already on the ground in the country
  • Since its creation, the Embassy has gathered intelligence that has shaped counterterrorism military actions - such as precision drone strikes
  • The Embassy also has been able to monitor the Taliban and Al Qaeda and prevented another 9/11-type attack
  • Security engineers continue to burn, shred and pulverize 20 years worth of intelligence stored on electronics and in documents

So much for the Pentagon's grand plan to "syria-nise" Afghanistan and use the totally not a CIA outfit "Emirate of Khorasan/ISIS in central Asia" to attack BRI projects under air cover from the US.

- The Taliban has taken over Bagram Air Base. Thousands of ISIL prisoners held there have broken out and Taliban 'special forces' are being dispatched to the ensuing firefights between ISIL fighters and Taliban forces inside Bagram.

- Inside Kabul, helicopters fly in and out non-stop to ferry personnel out of embassies and government buildings. Flares were released by the helicopters over the capital to prevent missile and rocket attacks.

- Taliban representatives are already inside the Presidential Palace to negotiate a peaceful surrender of Kabul and transition of power to the Taliban interim government.

- Fighting in and around the vicinity of Kabul has ceased for now as the resisting forces have joined the Taliban.

- The Taliban has advised women in Kabul to move to 'protected areas'; and there will be general amnesty for all Afghan government officials.

Zhang Zhehan should be considered as one of the most stupid individuals in the world in 2021. What a way to destroy years of career in the entertainment industry.

Apparently he was attending a friend's wedding. At the Yasukuni Shrine!

This is just insanity or stupidity on a whole new level. Zhang Zhehan knows he is Chinese, he knows he has Chinese fans, and he knows the current political climate in China. Yet he doesn't know what the Yasukuni Shrine is about? Or maybe he is a closet fan of Japanese Imperialism? Either way, its the most stupid thing any Chinese celebrity could do. Imagine any Israeli star posing for a photo while attending some sick wedding ceremony at Auschwitz. That's how stupid this looks. No Israelis or American Jews are stupid enough to do that.

Even the Emperor expressed remorse. What an idiot.

Afghanistan GDP= $20billion. Total investment/Aid by West since the War began= $250bn+ (This doesn't include military expenses )

So the question is where the hell did all the money go? Answer is simple in the pockets of those who're running away from Afg as we speak. Just look at the palaces in which Pro Govt warlords and Governors were living in. They had gold/silver utensils there, living like absolute royalty while just few miles away Afghans were living the life of destitutes. While Afghans were struggling to make ends meet, the children of elites were partying in Europe , travelling in private jets and uploading it on Instagram.

The massive corruption, loot and plunder of Afg was felt by the people there. Taliban didn't dominate district after district, province after province solely because of their military strategies but rather they had the full support of the people who were fed up of their lives and wanted change.

Hopefully the lives of Afghans improve now that fighting is over. The role of China and like minded nations will be critical in ensuring that.

Of course, what's happened in the past has got nothing to to with the current generation I hear you say. And this true. But it is the current generation's denial of the past that make then as guilty as the generations that committed their atrocities across Asia.
I want to share some thoughts of the late Chinese American author Iris Chang on this issue:

“I want the Rape of Nanking to penetrate into public consciousness. Unless we truly understand how these atrocities can happen, we can't be certain that it won't happen again.”

“If the Japanese government doesn’t reckon with the crimes of its wartime leaders, history is going to leave them as tainted as their ancestors. You can’t blame this generation for what happened years ago, but you can blame them for not acknowledging these crimes.

“Denial is an integral part of atrocity, and it’s a natural part after a society has committed genocide. First you kill, and then the memory of killing is killed.”

$2 trillion could buy everyone in Afghanistan a house like that.

Most of the money went into the pockets of the MIC.

I'm convinced that ghouls like Soros and Murdoch are receiving blood transfusions and stem cells or some other weird experimental treatment to keep them alive. They're older than dirt, when are they going to croak already?
It's said that there is some "special, solely exclusive medical facility" located in either South America or Central America belong to the Super elite club that's doing research, experiment and treatment to prolong life by any methodology even the weirdest, cruelest ones, using those techniques that cannot be told for being unethical at all. Of course this facility is solely for their club. That's why we see some suspected members of this club live pretty long and are still active, e.g.: some more famous faces to the outside world, Soros, Kissinger, Elizabeth, etc.
