Someone please inform these guys that the CAI is massively in favour of the EU. If they want to "cut off their nose to spite their face" then they are welcome to do so.

They should keep in mind though that the US continues to have big competitive advantage vs the EU on accessing China's market. The more they wait the more they lose out vs the US.

Good job on the CIA stalling the deal lol
Thing is CAI is a comprehensive treaty to bridge all EU countries, currently some EU countries already had separate treaty with China. My tinfoil hat said that countries that already had the deal have incentive to delay the CAI to prolong their advantage.

If all of EU can easily make deal with China under CAI how would the major EU countries like France and Germany maintain dominance over the smaller EU countries.

The Japanese focus too much on the US vs China narrative to explain Chinese investment on ASEAN.

The Chinese are smart and primarily invest for their own benefit. If there is an "investment blitz" on ASEAN then this means that it benefits China.
Only the Japanese and the US would think that China would waste dozens and hundreds of billions for "face" while millions of Chinese are in poverty.

Btw, the new Laos highway, and the $10 billion investment into Malaysia are good news for these countries and the region

WMD 2.0: Wind-turbines of Mass Destruction!
Well... they do look too close to each other to be windmills in a windfarm! On the other hand, I don't think the people responsible for the China missile program would be stupid enough to put so many missiles (ICBMs???) that close one to another!!!

Misterious windmills...

Sure, but on the following conditions:

1. Extradition treaty including fast track extradition of individuals who committed crimes during the HK riots.
2. Abolishing or suspending of the British subject status for HK citizens.
3. Criminalisation of the Falun Gong cult, deportation of its leaders to China
4. Cancelling the ban on CGTN

Anything else?

Balls in your court Boris...

Hey guys. What do you all think about this article. Is this yet another BS biased piece or something since it seems quite random after all that has transpired and the amount of provocations coming from NATO on Russia’s door step
