F..this person. If she wants to end her life, then by all means she should be free to do so. Why does the government need to give her or others contemplating suicide any special credence or support? Not all opinions and needs are created equal—especially not the wish to kill oneself when it is elevated into some noble cause worthy of mass support.
Should this law pass and extend MAID to mentally distressed individuals, then such people must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law when they commit heinous crimes. They must not be permitted to use the “insanity” defense in court to evade responsibility for injuring or killing another person.
The woman in question could end her life on her own if she wishes, but that would mean affecting the wealth she intends to pass on to her multitude of pets.

Seriously what did they expect? Just because China didn't react immediately doesn't mean they don't have something planned.
Why do all these country attack China and start screeching when China punches back? I really don't get it. When you hit someone, you expect to be hit back. Don't start playing victim now.
Do they all suffer from that caste mentality where they still think they are higher than Dalit China and China is not allowed to hit back coz its lower?

At some point during the Obama pivot to Asia I quickly realised Americans and by extensions the five eyes and the aligned European and Asian nations were behaving and debating in bad faith ie they didn’t respond to logic, fairness or justice but rather sneered in power. Since then, my time on reddit and twitter is entirely dedicated to enjoying the decline of their hegemony. At some point there will be images of a sunk and destroyed US carrier which could well become the banner of every detractor of US imperialism.
