Sounds like Iranians still holding out that the Obama era Iran talks can be revived and so they’re holding space for their desire European and American investors. I say let them keep holding out, eventually China won’t need their natural gas and oil and they can join India in remaining a third world shithole, and a key destination for sexpats.
if you ignore AI investment, I am confident it would stagnant/near recession territory.
