lol. Putin is quiet on Maduro despite so many meeting with him over the years. Putin problem is his government is still attached to Soviet nostalgia and that humiliation will continue untill he shed all that baggage. Trump is doing Putin a favor by ending Russia presence in Latin America..
I saw report that basically mentioned Russia should close all Salsa and Batchata dance and removed Cubans and others from country. I wont bring alot of impolite stuff but basic point is Putin should have done these things decades ago.
