I do agree but it does give them more experience under stressful and under weather but it up against a near peer, what they haven’t faced since ww2 or possibly Korea. The recent ones are against terrorists
The country that controls 55% of global manufacturing, 4x your industrial output, 300x your shipbuilding and has a monopoly on critical materials needed for weapons production isn't a peer, or near peer.
Nobody in human history has faced a country at this level of industrial overmatch, not even Japan in WW2 going against the US.

I'd guess that the grunts on the ground have had a little more testing than the air jocks. The Taliban may not have armored brigades, but performing duties under small-arms fire is still good training. The pilots, on the other hand... I don't think they would enjoy being forced to sortie in airspace with any degree of contestation.

I hope every single Western Military planner think like that so US ally armies probably get decimated in a future war. China has been selling military hardware since the 60s, from combat jets to Cruise Missiles to drones to AKs. From Guerrilla Warfare to Big shooting wars like Iran-Iraq. They evaluate directly and indirectly the performance and the use of each weapon and incorporate that in their training doctrine. The Pakistani air victory against India was due Chinese and Pakistani air force training together incorporating the lesson of past air battles between India and Pakistan. The French didn't that with the Indian. China is clearly evaluating the success of Iranian missiles in Israel, who defeated the most advance air defense system, ever, China has the largest most comprehensive missile arsenal ever. The Russia-Ukraine-Mossad drones are made with Chinese components, imagine how much advance Chinese FPV drones are going to be. Chinese are not only going to be more unjammable but also incorporate automated targeting features and swarm intelligence.
And the Chinese are also are going to evaluate, if the Iran-Israel war extend, the use of Iran Noor anti-ship cruise missiles. A version of China 802 anti-ship cruise missile. As a "PLA watcher" you should pay a little more attention.

Exactly, US B-2 and F-35 have never been tested against real air defenses
I didn’t say Chinese weapons weren’t tested, I just said US gear and troops have been tested in a lot more combat scenarios than Chinese gear have.

In a way the India-Pakistan war almost follows the same script as Israel-Iran.

India/Israel attack Pakistan/Iran first.
They found out they bit off more than they can chew and ask the US the bail them out.
Trump declares a ceasefire with both sides being reluctant but eventually agreeing to it.
Stocks go up.

We are living in a WWE scripted world now.

And they likely never will. The minute the US gets involved in a real war against a powerful country, that has heavy AD, and is actually serious about fighting (unlike our good friend, Iran, which thinks this is some kind of pro-wrestling match), they will hightail those stealth planes out of there faster than you can say freedom.

Maybe the grunts on close combat scenarios, but the Air Force and the Navy never experienced any real threats. The ground forces as a whole never fought without total air superiority or without close air support, and never had to face enemy artillery or air-dropped munitions. Look how stress out US Navy got when fighting Houthis. How many planes they lost?

I think this is a big issue. The US has not fought an enemy with comparable combined arms capabilities, ever. Not even during WW2. Obviously, anything after Vietnam is pretty clear, and it should be said that if the PVA had had the artillery, armored and air support that the US troops had enjoyed, there would be no South Korea.
The US military is institutionally unprepared to enter combat with an enemy capable of contesting air and artillery support on equal footing.

Her grandad was an ukranian nazi collaborator during WW2, she would rather "volutarily" euthanize the entire population of Canada before she cuts any funding to Ukraine.
By Nazi collaborator, they don't mean some grunt that ran with Waffen SS. He was a big capo, ran the news paper, got two "Aryanized" apartments for himself.

In Chomiak’s personal papers, there is a copy of his letter to the Nazi authorities listing fifteen pieces of furniture which he said had been left behind by “the Jew Dr. Finkelstein” in his first “Aryanized” apartment. Chomiak wanted permission to move all these furnishings to his second apartment and he asked the authorities to reimburse him for the expenses he had incurred in cleaning the place. The “apartment I was assigned . . . was a former Jewish property,” he wrote, “and it was so verminous and filthy, I was forced to refurbish and disinfect the whole apartment at my own expense. I am forced to disinfect the apartment a second time with gas candles as not all bugs were killed during the first disinfection.”

People like this were welcomed in Canada after the war the same reasons why ex-Japs like Takagi Masao were kept: war-crimes and genocide are secondary considerations when it comes to maintaining western white supremacy.
