Trump to XI you can sleep with my wife.

Xi- How much. ;)
As if Xi is that kind of creep. The standards of the west has lowered so much that at this point the world is turning to China for guidance on impulse due to how lower the USA has sunk. I won’t be surprised if a number of these presidents not only cheat on their spouses but also commit far worse actions behind closed doors that would get anyone into trouble for mentioning a word it. Seriously, being a president is supposed to be a position of respect, no some position that can be afforded on a dime from the likes of Soros for heavens sake

But Trump is a pimp, he will sold his wife if it benefit him greatly or if the price is right. ;)

China has already achieved almost 90% of the goals laid out about 9 years ago.
China's space industry is a case in point. To prevent progress in the industry, which had very ambitious targets under the plan, the US went all out: "Chinese satellites and rockets cannot use American chips, components or technology. Non-Western satellites using US technology cannot be launched in China. Nasa scientists are also banned by law from any communication with their Chinese counterparts." All this meant that "Chinese scientists and engineers had to rely purely on their own efforts". Yet they succeeded: "They have achieved almost all the goals, including Mars landing exploration, the global BeiDou satellite navigation system, a space station, landing on the far side of the moon and building the world’s largest commercial satellite observation network for Earth observation.
This isn't strictly true. The YF-100 engine is based on RD-120 engine technology transferred from Ukraine. The Shenzhou capsule and the initial spacesuits used in the Chinese manned space program were based on Soyuz capsule and Orlan suit technology transferred from Russia. And the high precision clocks used for BeiDou were initially developed in a joint program with the EU to ensure independent access to satnav technology from GPS.

This does not detract from the huge work done by Chinese engineers assimilating this technology and integrating it into a whole, then developing it further. But in different conditions it would have been much harder getting this far.

It's really hard to make things from scratch. And even so why should only China be subject to this restriction?

How many European countries invented the gun from scratch? None of them actually, coz the first gun came from China to use against the Jurchens and later Mongols. So they were already building off something. In fact this is the way many developments were made, from using progress of others.

It's just for some reason it's ok for the west to do it and pretend everything they made was natively and everyone else is just copying them.

What they don't like is how much progress China has made despite not even having the latest stuff. But then again knowing the fundamentals is far more important than just copying the latest stuff.

Okay this is really fucking big news. Next big pandemic here. And turns out that America didn't learn anything from Covid because they are trying to downplay it, dragging their feet on containing it and are internationally trying to ignore the problem. For one, despite pigs having similar immune systems to humans and often housed next to cows, they are internationally not mass testing pigs. Also, while it's not very lethal in cows, it's lethal to a whole bunch of other mammals and there's confirmed widespread cows to other species spread. And with how much cows interact with humans, it's really just a matter of time until human to human transmission becomes a thing. Hopefully it's limited to just America once it breaks out.

Also it's obvious to see why America is dragging their feet. This could wide out their entire livestock industry at this point, pigs, cows and chickens alike if they were forced to take serious action to contain it. At this point, short of torching the entire American livestock industry, it's basically guaranteed to have human 2 human transmission within a couple of months/years. We just have to hope that just like COVID and how the cows are reacting, that it isn't too lethal when it completely jumps over to us.

Customs records show Xinjiang’s textile exports last year reached 108 billion yuan (US$14.8 billion), with a 74 per cent jump for yarn and other raw materials, and a rise of 30 per cent for clothing.

In the same period, Indian and Vietnamese textile exports dipped by 6 per cent and 10 per cent, respectively.

Ooh, while we’re mooting names, may I suggest “the Anglo virus” or “anglo pox” or “Kansas flu” and I’ll be expecting WASP Americans to hold up signs saying ”I am not a virus” on TikTok and instagram.

Americans should count themselves lucky that Russian and Chinese can’t be bothered training these protestors in bomb making and “dragonslayer” squads.
