It'll be interesting to see how France responds to these Russian (and somewhat Chinese) inroads into the "Francafrique", as these are the areas dominated by the French, who have much more influence than the Americans. Unlike USA who has global influence and exploitation, the French are mostly limited to this area of Africa which keeps their economy afloat.

It is the Arabic world order that is doing it. Africa is there play ground since history is written or that trade. Russia is providing figure leaf. These have constructively engaged Africa in ICC against Israel but not so much to do with Israel. your favorite topic.

Actually that was WW2, but this war is showing that it is still relevant in spite of stealth, PGM, drones, etc.
