lol. do you think Mexico that absorb one of world highest FDI cannot organize itself to end cartels?. they may at some point but it will be some agreement with US and not this complicated occupation. They want more of Mexico.

Every one invited have to show up (they can say anything but they have to show up like roll call) except Mexico despite invite.
