or as they say in Honduras:
Sigma female rule #437: revenge is a dish best served with tea eggs.
Im guessing that could could be in parts of the UK
Pfft. Is it really that bad in the UK as Bloomberg is saying? $43 USD to make a breakfast yourself lmao.
It is literally like the Amber Heard divorce... She thought she could get away with ruining Depp's career on top of getting all the settlement money but look at her now, shopping in JC Penny with no upcoming movie roles.
back in 2015 DJI wanted to partner with GoPro and split profits 50/50You guys all laugh at it now but there is much wisdom in what I said. Let's compare and contrast two famous divorce situations, which in my opinion reflects the Chinese way and American way respectively.
The first would be the Wendi-Murdoch divorce. Sure the thing ended in a very ugly manner but Wendi had the wisdom to take the settlement money and pretty much disappear from the public eye afterwards. Smart move. Now she is set for life and has retired with a lifelong supply of strapping young studs.
In contrast, Amber Heard was not content with merely taking Depp's settlement money. In what appears to be a text book case of zero-sum she actively sabotaged Johnny Depp's career, tanking his reputation and making it impossible for him to land a gig. She did so despite the fact she wouldn't have a career without Depp, and even after the divorce Depp campaigned hard for her to get her largest role to date -- Mera in Aquaman. This made the situation extremely personal. Depp did not need money from additional roles, but since now he is completely pissed off he leveraged his immense financial and legal resources to completely destroy Amber Heard's career.
The moral of the story is -- don't drink your own koolaid and think yourself invincible. It takes a wise nation to appreciate what you got and rid off into the sunset.
There are some things money can't buy. For everything else there's campaign contributions. At least TikTok got one ally in the senate.
This is to try and keep America sedated until its "rug pull" time...The disappointing part is that the Chinese are not investing in ventural captial to own their companies. Nearly all the big public Chinese companies alibaba, tenent are majority foreign "owned" at least in stock wise.

GoPro CEO got racists greedy and wanted 75%
The rest is history
Richard Li was shortsighted and sold Tencent shares in the early days. If not Richard Li would be the biggest shareholders of Tencent. As for Alibaba, even though Softbank was the first major investor but Alibaba's decision to take over Yahoo's operation in China and 1 billion investment was the reason why Yahoo at that time owned 40% of Aliababa. TikTok doesn't want Tencent or Alibaba's investment and preferred foreign investors and venture capitals was the reason why 60% shares are foreign owned. The disappointing part is that the Chinese are not investing in ventural captial to own their companies. Nearly all the big public Chinese companies alibaba, tenent are majority foreign "owned" at least in stock wise.
