I wonder if Macron thinks his recent pro-Uighur stance is a get out of jail free card and the Islamic world is not suppose to punish France for going out of their way by directly insulting Islam...
Yeah, it seems like Macron is in deep shit given how France is in Economic hell right now and it seems to be interested in cooperating with the USA, a country that is almost ready to drop off the economic cliff for good and is still trying to piss off people that would be happy to help if they had the brains to mind there own business and stop trying to project their beliefs in others. Hence if France ends up getting into a situation where they will have to bear the brunt of the anger of the Muslim world (considering there actions in all the wars fought in the past 2 decades because of there inability to stop following the USA like a blind dog) and end up in a situation where many more people end up dying, well I guess they may have no choice but to cop that shit and realize that what goes around comes around.

Destabilization of turkey by the west has begun. Time to activate some currency swaps with Turkey so they can minimize economic impact.
If you're talking about China helping Turkey, why should they? Their president has spoken publicly criticizing China on Xinjiang and their population are pretty racist towards Chinese people judging by their netizens so their elected politicians will continue being negative towards China.

If you want to help them on a practical sense in some vain attempt at pushing them away from the west and towards China, there is no way Turkey will give up NATO to become a Chinese vassal any time this century.

I remember decades ago Christians were outraged when an artist submerged a Christian cross in a transparent tank full of urine. If that kind of stuff happened regularly and frequently, you would see Christians turning to violence at this assault on the beliefs. It's free speech...

That is what that is all about the west bringing up fake news about Xinjiang.

They want to mollify their own Arab populations and promote themselves in the Islamic world.

No Muslim appears to believe their information.

After all the stupid shit done by the west, why would they. Expect the USA and Europe to be engulfed in chaos for the next decade. That will teach those right wing bastards how racism is a bad idea and not trying to fix that problem is an even worse idea

Yes, Turkey previously criticized china, but China also allowed inspectors from Turkey to review conditions in Xinjiang, which is why they toned down their rhetoric in the past few years on Xinjiang. I think the west is deluding themselves more and more. Is the arab world perfectly happy with whats going on in Xinjiang? Of course not! But it compares to nothing of the fact that when it comes to the west, the only memories some Arab states have are of the bloody dismemberment (Ottoman-> Turkey) (Transjordan -> Israel/Jordan), Cruise missiles and invasions (Iraq/Iran/Afghanistan). Now for the first time, they have a superpower coming to develop natural resources and thier economy(i.e. China). Might chain try to screw them over, of course, but at worst anybody will take a "debt trap" (which is what Argentina has been to the IMF for years) over fucking cruise missiles and loss of sovereignty to western occupation.

I don't think China needs to push Turkey away from the west. NATO will probably expel them over the next few years. Do you think Erdogan even cares at this point, remember he still thinks it was NATO that tried to coup him a couple of years back.

No, China should give Turkey a lifeline because it is a large/educated/sophisticated country for which both China and Turkey can derive mutual benefits with regards to economic, scientific, and cultural cooperation. China does not need to be petty.

In a practical sense for China, a destabilized Turkey will be a boon for China as Erdogan will push for more militarism which will require attention from the EU and maybe even the US. I don't see the pros outweighing the cons bolstering an anti-China country.
