This is exactly what controlled opposition means: calculated and limited damage for greater political gain. Israel and all of Western politics have been working with this for many decades, both in elections and in war.
Nobody in the West cares about your controlled opposition. They bomb people while negotiating after the CIA said those people aren't making a nuke. If Iran falls, Israel wants to move onto Turkey, a NATO member. That's what happens when China's rise scares the US into losing all civility and reason. Against this, there is no peace; die kneeled or take your chances fighting.
If Iran's missiles had sunk an aircraft carrier or killed western leaders, Israel would have lost control. But that's not the case. Iran's response remained entirely predictable and as Netanyahu's party wanted to stay in power. The same group also allowed Hamas attack on October 7th to gain political advantage... so it's nothing new.
Yeah, wrong again. Israel would not lose any contol over the deaths of Western leaders or the loss of one or multiple carriers. They would just jump on the rage boner and continue to run things in the West. If a dead carrier is all it takes, China's job just because easy as hell.

The things you think depend on each other, don't. The things you think are important, aren't. Sorry but that's just the level of your analysis.

Clearly calling Chinese New Year, Luner New Year, is not enough. The west has politicize the hanfu by saying it actually came from Mongols.

The same item appears all around Asia, the style you are wearing is unique to your archery culture - but the item of clothing is not. The Zhiduo came into popularity in the Yuan dynasty and was originally a Mongolian garment. Over the years the Chinese styles changed and diverged to become uniquely Chinese - but the shorter style you are wearing in the photo is very close to the original style. I am not denigrating your personal or regional styles, simply pointing out that it a variation on a common form and can be found with some unique national variations across Asia and even into eastern Europe. There is a traditional Tatar coat that with slight changes to the collar and a different hat is almost identical to your garb - even down to the pouch style.

Zhiduo 直裰 as outer wear has been around since Northern Song period, prior to Yuan/Mongol period. Check out this famous northern song period "River on the Qingming Festival" 清明上河圖, most commoners are already wearing zhiduo. The robe had been used as inner garment for much longer than that. Only during Yuan period, the status of this type of robe has been raised to court status. Just imagine one day world leaders decide suits are out, and T-shirt & Jeans shall be used in all formal occasion. So no, Chinese didn't copy Zhiduo from mongols.
Cross collar clothes in general has been around since the start of Chinese civilization. It's used by pretty much all cultures in Asia continent. It's impossible to trace origin of cross collar, and honestly, it's quite pointless.

They're releasing reserves quietly in the hope they can find an off ramp before they run out, lol

It's funnier because China just ran $200B surplus in Jan-Feb and can bid up every drop of oil on the market, so the west are basically indirectly transferring their own reserves to China.

Oil and gas are physical things and physical things are immutable, the west really struggle with this idea.
Western countries will cope by saying China bought more oil at inflated prices, therefore they "got one over" on the Chinese. Not realizing that China traded essentially ephemeral material for physical material.

Shit, this is an effective hiring ad! I wouldn't do anything to support evil; I'd just sit there and pretend to work but this kinda office life makes me wanna work there!
