That's exaggerating surely. Even if we ignore important field commanders and other community figures who caused trouble for Japan like Wang Mingdao (and like it or not, all the KMT diplomatic figures who helped to get assistance from abroad), there are still the anti-Japanese leaders praised by the CCP like Feng Yuxiang, Wu Yaozong, Li Dequan and Song Qingling. That is far more than those affliated with the collaborationist government.
