It is not just NATO moving to Asia but some in Asia feel European. Problem is this current Japan has poor understanding of Gulf Arabs and it may or may not know New Europe and Arabs are too polite with Japan due to historic relations and i think Putin knows to manage declining Japan always thinking about that Soft Power.
