Having a lot of Indian Americans in the senior positions because:

1). Many of them are indeed capable, not all, but most are highly educated and intelligent.

2). It helps to win over Indians back home. Soft power to pull India into US sphere of influence.
Right and oreintals aren't.

You can't even say it's an enemy thing coz there aren't exactly many guys from Taiwan, Japan or Korea who are high up over there either. And those are literally US allies.

View attachment 151012Houston we have problems. At least for our Siege. On bright side your don't have to pay electric bill when camping, lol

Stuff like fuel, power generation, railways, and critical minerals should be naturalized. When you are beholden to greedy vampires shareholders you need to maximize profit at the expense to quality, so sooner or later you end up with third world quality power infrastructure.

Number 1 is good; Indians are one of the very very few races in American schools that can sometimes keep up with Chinese kids academically. Number 2 is the exact one you do not want. I've seen Indians who were quite capable, but once those Indians hire other Indians, the shit flood pours in. The worst thing about Indians is that the first few hired become a magnet to pull more and more Indians in until your organization is overtaken by 90% useless Indians hired for being Indian amongst the elite few who actually deserve to be there. And once that happens, they try to push out anyone who is capable but not Indian because they feel threatened by them.

You are all way overthinking this. The Ukraines, hell even the collective west, does not have the deep strike weapons capable of penetrating the multiple levels of security that will be thrown around the event. Not without jumping in themselves and effectively doing a reverse Pearl Harbour scale attack involving almost all of their best assets in any case. And that’s WWIII if they do.

Ukrainian successful attacks deep into Russia have all involved using small, slow and cheap civilian drones to slip through lightly guarded areas; or using agents to launch small drones from closely. Neither of which has much chance punching through multiple layers of overlapping point defences on maximum alert readiness.

And given the numerous such penetrations in the past, I’m sure Chinese Presidential security will also be going above and beyond to do their own due diligence, and will put in place additional layers, systems and measures as they see fit to make sure Xi is protected to their satisfaction.

There is a vast gulf between what some idiots might want to do, and what they can do, and no amount of wishful thinking will change that.
Playing the "devil's advocate" for a moment-a plane with suicide pilots deliberately crashing into Kremlin Red Square to kill Putin/Xi-if I can think of such scenarios in these tumultuous times certainly -highest security echelons in China/Russia will.BTW Gunther-it's the end of the month and no "knee bending "by China now or ever.Enjoy your stafflation, high interesr recession quasi depression.

So if they are all so capable, why isn't India a superpower today? I'm sure you know that East Asian states, no matter how small or big, play a far oversized role in global economy and technology.
