Back in the 80s, 90s, when China opened up, there is No internet to speak off and its tech base is very low. It needs to learn from partnership. Now it's all different. (past strategy won't work anymore, mark my words)

There are actually areas in technology where Korea still leads China. There are no free riders in trade; trade only happens when both sides make profit. The only question is which side makes more. When China sanctioned SK, SK suffered, but China lost money too (just under $1 billion), just not nearly as much because China selectively cut areas that benefited SK more. China makes money, lots of money from trade with SK, and others as well. Every one it sanctions, China must hit itself too with a double-bladed weapon. Its economy and ability to sustain a powerful military shrinks by a little.

Israel actually still helped China through all American efforts, though not altruistically and I don't know how much these days. But several years back, there was an incident where 4 or 8 F-15 engines disappeared from an Israeli base that many believe were sent to China.

Anyway,

This conversation is really difficult because you're so ignorant that you think China conducts trade to benefit other countries (free riders) and you can't control your anger. I can't mark the words of a person who shows such blatant ignorance in the same post. May I ask how old you are?

The bottom line is this: if China reacted to the post of an Israeli internet blogger with an unofficial economic ban, first would be utter confusion about what is going on and why China's doing what it's doing. Then, when it's revealed that that was the trigger, then everyone in the room would start laughing at how stupid and childish China's leaders were. Such an overreaction is literally unheard of in world history; one would not expect it even from the likes of Kim Jong Un.

South Korea's dominant Semiconductor Memory sector suffocating Chinese domestic ones, they are not seeing the sunlight.

Majority of China deficit with South Korea came from that.
China wants to scale them down.

Why US so restrictive of China tech companies in US market? Because they don't want Chinese tech to spread.

China needs to do the same with Korean tech in China market if Domestic ones have any chances. Right now, they have slim chances.

If i am being extreme I would call for war with India immediately. Instead I am calling for Diversion of water going to India and economic sanction of countries still depending on China and enabling India same time. Those are rather balanced approaches.

That blogger represents an underlying trend, a factor needs to be considered. China makes its own decision and need to consider from all angles. I am not sure why you anal about it?

So... according to you, why does China do business with SK? To get robbed? China lost pretty much the price of 1 type 055 Cruiser in just a few months' worth of unofficial sanctions on SK (and they were selectively doing this to keep Chinese losses at a minimum while inflicting damage to SK; imagine what both sides would lose if it's all out trade war) but you don't think China earns money? This seems to be what you're implying. If this passes your logic filter, then there's not much anyone can do for you.

If China's industry is being suffocated by a foreign one, the reason is because they suck. If Chinese companies prefer to buy Korean semiconductors, that says a lot about the difference in quality. By denying them access to the best semiconductors they can get, you injure all Chinese businesses that rely on semiconductors to give the local semiconductor producers a monopoly so they have no incentive to improve their shitty products.

If that one blogger represents a trend, then if another blogger posts a pro-China opinion, then now what's the trend? I'm sure there are people in Israel who don't share his opinion. You want Beijing to be driven crazy following bloggers?

Simple, China gave preferences to South Korea in hopes of favorable economically to SouthKorea won't allies too much with US so it damages its security.

Now South Korea didn't care and bring in Thaad.

China now see no point of giving favorable economics conditions to South Korea. China doesn't need south Korea.

Same thing with Taiwan, gave favorable economics conditions in exchange for 1 China.

Taiwan DDP changes that, and China take favorable economics away.

They are exchanges , Not for free. China don't need taiwan and South Korea.

You should know this kind of stuffs.

Lol, manqi try to mislead people to think he's from China. He's Chinese but probably from outside of China. I have seen those people, very paranoid about China turning it's back economically and turning inward and they have no more Chinese market to play with.

I have seen his types before. They are all like that.

That's really sad, dude, that you want to insult someone but have no idea who they are so you take a stab in the dark and are totally wrong. Not everyone who loves China is an aggressive uneducated asshole like you, as evident by the fact that China is completely unlike North Korea.

And I've seen your type before too; usually I call them when I need the trash emptied before 6pm.
