So can we safely said that the crisis has been concluded?

That depends on what you mean by "concluded."

Sawhney said in the video that there was zero chance of a war here to begin with right now. He openly stated this months ago, when the whole thing began, so his prediction has proven accurate. All the 'blitzkrieg' talk from the Indian side was Bollywood fantasy.

So in that sense, operationally, this episode had already concluded months ago. Tactically, small unit actions may continue back and forth, with little significance. While strategically (according to Sawhney) this is just beginning.

If you are referring to that one video that got linked a while back, the ex-military officer wasn't advocating for blitzkrieg, that was just the name for that segment of the show.

I think Modi trying to attack China using Tibetan separatism is a foolish mistake.

Internal issues are a red line for China. I really wonder what China would do. Maybe China will stir up some trouble in the 7 sister states

Absolutely, there was no need to use any ethnic Tibetan soldiers. It was pure theatre and propaganda purpose. Propaganda even continues after the death of one of the said soldiers.

So much so even our senior members here the soldier from Sino land felt obliged to post a picture of the funeral from a tweet from the traitor from Taiwan. Need I go on?

Finally some good news. Hopefully this is the end of it strategically as well and Chin and India can settle their border dispute and be brothers again like in Hindi-Chini bhai bhai of the 1950s.

You see it didn't take long. The headline from SCMP is screaming at you. Propaganda at it's ugly best.

India-China border: Tibetans at Pangong Tso race to help amid warnings military face-off could take ‘any trajectory’
  • Families of those who fled after Beijing sent troops into Tibet in 1950 are now helping New Delhi supply its forward bases in the icy heights of Ladakh
  • Soldiers from both sides are reportedly in eyeball-to-eyeball proximity as foreign ministers Wang Yi and S. Jaishankar are expected to meet in Moscow

Well I see the big news as the front now being described as a "Border Area". This is significant. A line of Actual Control is simply an acknowledgement of facts on the ground and does little to legally address the nature of an underlying claim.
By calling it a Border Area, it is conceding; at least to a degree, that the positions where forces are stationed, represent a border area, an international border area. That is a big step. Admittedly the precise location of the border within the border area is yet to be defined, but it means that territory formally claimed by India and now under Chinese control is being recognised as sovereign Chinese territory. As Sawhney said, the border has just moved West quite a long way.

The second message is that disagreements will not become disputes. This means that any border incidents will simply be seen as border incidents and not as part of a co-ordinated strategy, unless it becomes clear that it is co-ordinated. This means that an over excited border guard firing a couple of shots, will be seen as an over excited border guard and not the start of an offensive.

Can it all go pear shaped? Of course it can, it may just be a bit harder to do it today.
