the date below the photo showed 2021-01-10 19:49 (upload time) but when was the photo taken?
isn't it in deep winter now? how can we see clear dirt roads? and most importantly, how can India move their tanks which supposedly to be the heavy T-90s?

It has to be after November since we see accumulated snow. In this picture at least so don’t see any T-90s. In fact I don’t think that Indians deployed tanks in this photo at all. Cursory analysis seems to indicate that they are all BMPs.

Aksai Chin is actually very dry and doesn't get much precipitation. The snow issues people talk about are at lower altitudes on the Indian side, e.g., on the road from Srinagar to Leh. This is why winter logistics is much easier for China than for India as the Chinese roads go through areas that are very dry with very little snow in the winter.
