I’m not great at reading these software results, what does this mean? No PS?

Not PS but another one of those fakes or very low quality image.

A very low quality picture that has undergone multiple resaves will have no more error level potential. A black result is informative: this picture (1) is not a camera original, (2) is very low quality, and (3) has been repeatedly resaved.

Hmm ok ...... Here is what I read in all this
2 options -
Option 1 - nothing much actually happened - an Indian soldier discharged a weapon over the heads of a Chinese patrol or position, whereupon the Chinese returned a shot over theirs. Afterwards everybody went home and had buttered scones for tea.

Option 2 - Something serious has happened and maybe even is still happening and is about to get much worse. If so then the media silence in the West is deafening. It means that this was not a random unplanned event, but a definite play from the Western play book. In this case we are seeing censorship by omission. This means that the media will be primed to all let lose with a the same story at the same time, just as we have seen in countless regime change operations over the last twenty years.
In this case, it will be about waiting until the fighting to begin in earnest, whereupon the preamble and precursors will be ignored and the story will simply be presented as overt Chinese aggression against India.

I usually don't trust news on Twitter. But this Eva Zheng did tweet earlier of news that Indian troops fired shots, which was later confirmed by the Chinese official announcements.

This headshot incident is quite a serious escalation of things. We shall see how true this is over time. If true, it could also lead to more blood-thirsting among the Indian Bahkts. Who then could push their already desperate Indian leaders to exact revenge. Its a vicious cycle that leads to war. I wonder if India is already past the point of no return?

The more escalation, the larger the advantage the Chinese hold over the Indians, all the way up to nuclear weapons, where China has the single greatest advantage over India. Only one side benefits from the escalations and that is China; I think the Indians realize this, which is why they were taken in complete surprise by the WTC's countermeasures. The Chinese will be more than happy if the Indians start firing artillery because it will be an absolute field day for the PLAGF, who have been conducting massive artillery live fire exercises in these areas for decades now, whereas the Indians have yet to do a single one (most likely due to the fact they only have 10 days worth of ammunition).
