Looks bit vague, tag of J-35, picture of Pakistani pilot in something else and maybe the message is lost in translation.

J10CE. 用过的都说好。meaning those who have used it expressed their satisfaction. Obviously referring to use of J10CE in their recent Pak-Ind aerial battle.
