Well, the regular PLAN NA helmets were also blue and IMO the resolution is not good enough to come to such conlusions.

You say this as if SAC has sat on the thing for the past decade and not made any improvements whatsoever until one day PLAN decided to bring it out of a dusty warehouse and brush it off for service.

Same applies for J-20 and CAC though.

JHMCS is the name of a specific system rather than an umbrella term like HMD. We have HMD1, HMD2 and HMDS and now this one off the top of my head for current Chinese systems (feel free to correct me).

This helmet is stated for use on the J-35s, but I wonder if it may be retrofitted onto J-20 or J-20A as well.
