F-119 engine cold section TBO is 4000 Hours and hot section TBO is 2000 hours.. service life exceed 7000 hours.

F-135 has design service life of 8,000 hours.
Are there any sources on current WS-10 lifespan/TBO or even better WS-15 estimates?

AECC didn't even disclose general specification of WS-10 engine let alone lifespan/TBO.. :D so nope. there is no source of this thing. its all inside information.

WS-15 is at least a generation ahead in comparison with WS-10.. so you can imagine.

we are derailing this thread. so this is my last massage on WS-10 engine.

@Deino

What are the key differences between AF and Naval version?

naval variant: catapult capable landing gear, larger wings, foldable wings, larger rudder, identifiable on twin wheel front landing gear
AF variant: simpler landing gear, smaller wings, not foldable, smaller rudder, identifiable on single wheel front landing gear.

Hermes, have you bothered to read through this thread and the J-35 Naval thread? I think for new members, it's important to not just ask questions before you read through the relevant posts that we already have this forum.

And don't respond to me in 1-liners, because that's against forum rules.
